Patya includes regular physical activity, intake of spinach, coriander in regular diet, use of milk & milk products, having rhythmic food patterns which include all tastes, intake of delicious food often apart from not only spicy always is advised. Apatya includes intake of hot, spicy, pungent, carbonated drinks, continuous journey, strenuous exercises, excess indulgence in sexual activity are restricted. Straightly must avoid dry, grilled or fried foods.
